Applies to all ERGOWAVE by TS FURNITURE products sold in Australia.
10-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our ergonomic chairs, standing desks, and accessories. ERGOWAVE by TS FURNITURE provides a 10-year limited warranty covering materials and workmanship under normal use. Where a defect arises, we will provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure.
This policy is written in plain English to make your rights and our commitments clear.

Note If a failure is a minor failure, we may repair or replace the affected component within a reasonable time at no cost to you. If it is a major failure under the ACL, you are entitled to choose a replacement or refund.
Warranty Service Process
- Step 1 — Contact: Email our support team at support@tsfurniture.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
- Step 2 — Assessment: Our team will diagnose the issue remotely and confirm the remedy (repair, replacement part, replacement, or refund under ACL where applicable).
- Step 3 — Resolution: We will provide the appropriate remedy in a reasonable time. In Sydney metro, on-site assistance may be available; call-out fees may apply for non-warranty or out-of-scope services.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
ACL Mandatory Statement
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. Remedies under this warranty are in addition to your consumer law rights.
14-Day Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery for products in unused, resellable condition, including all original packaging, hardware, and manuals. For non-defective returns, return shipping is at the customer’s cost. A reasonable handling/restocking fee may apply for opened or repackaged items to cover inspection and repacking.
- Items must be clean, undamaged, and include all accessories and protective materials.
- Please contact support@tsfurniture.com.au to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
- We recommend using tracked, insured shipping; risk of loss remains with the sender until received.
For defective products or ACL warranty cases, we will arrange the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) and cover reasonable return shipping as required by law.
Paid Replacement / Upgrade (Goodwill)
Outside warranty scope (e.g., accidental damage, misuse, or out-of-warranty requests), we may offer a paid replacement or upgrade program at a fair cost. This is an optional goodwill service and not part of the standard warranty. For details, contact support@tsfurniture.com.au.
