Warranty Overview

10-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our ergonomic chairs, standing desks, and accessories. ERGOWAVE by TS FURNITURE provides a 10-year limited warranty covering materials and workmanship under normal use. Where a defect arises, we will provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure.

This policy is written in plain English to make your rights and our commitments clear.

Manufacturing defects in frames, mechanisms, motors, control panels, gas lifts, armrests, casters, and structural components under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification, improper cleaning/chemicals, impact, liquid ingress, or pet damage.
Early failure of electrical components (e.g., dual-motor system, control box) not due to external factors (power surge, liquid damage). Normal wear and tear (e.g., soft surface scuffs, seat foam compression over time, minor cosmetic marks not affecting function).
Missing parts or transit damage reported within a reasonable time after delivery and supported by photos. Commercial/industrial usage beyond rated load or duty cycle, or use outside recommended environment (e.g., outdoor, high humidity).
Squeaks, instability, or control faults arising from manufacturing issues (after correct assembly and levelling). Out-of-warranty service requests, change of mind, colour/fit preference changes, and non-defective exchanges or upgrades.
How to Make a Claim

Warranty Service Process

  • Step 1 — Contact: Email our support team at support@tsfurniture.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
  • Step 2 — Assessment: Our team will diagnose the issue remotely and confirm the remedy (repair, replacement part, replacement, or refund under ACL where applicable).
  • Step 3 — Resolution: We will provide the appropriate remedy in a reasonable time. In Sydney metro, on-site assistance may be available; call-out fees may apply for non-warranty or out-of-scope services.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Returns

14-Day Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery for products in unused, resellable condition, including all original packaging, hardware, and manuals. For non-defective returns, return shipping is at the customer’s cost. A reasonable handling/restocking fee may apply for opened or repackaged items to cover inspection and repacking.

  • Items must be clean, undamaged, and include all accessories and protective materials.
  • Please contact support@tsfurniture.com.au to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
  • We recommend using tracked, insured shipping; risk of loss remains with the sender until received.
Optional Services

Paid Replacement / Upgrade (Goodwill)

Outside warranty scope (e.g., accidental damage, misuse, or out-of-warranty requests), we may offer a paid replacement or upgrade program at a fair cost. This is an optional goodwill service and not part of the standard warranty. For details, contact support@tsfurniture.com.au.
