By placing an order on the TS Furniture website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.

2. Delivery

We deliver within the Sydney metropolitan area only. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days.

• Chairs are delivered fully assembled.

• Desks will be installed on-site during delivery.
  Delivery time is usually scheduled between afternoon and evening, and you may request a preferred time at checkout.

3. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.

4. Warranty

All products include a limited warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability

TS Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with immediate effect.
