Refund policy

At TS Furniture, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after purchase. Please choose your items carefully before placing an order.

However, all our products come with a warranty. If your item develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

Our warranty covers structural issues and functional faults, but does not apply to damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear.
